"When people gladly sacrifice their time or comfort or home, it is obvious that they trust in the promises of God. Why is it that the story of someone who has actually done what Jesus commands resonates deeply with us, but we then assume we could never do anything so radical or intense? Or why do we call it radical when, to Jesus, it is simply the way it is? The way it should be?"

Where does Crazy Love rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It gives the reader a different perspective of living the Christian life. Make you think about things you may never have thought about on your own with regards to Christ and his love.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Its a little hard to listen to as the narrator's voice is monotonous. However, once I listened to the content, I became more interested in what he was saying and not what he sounded like.

When Colton Burpo made it through an emergency appendectomy, his family was overjoyed at his miraculous survival. What they weren’t expecting, though, was the story that emerged in the months that followed—a story as beautiful as it was extraordinary, detailing their little boy’s trip to heaven and back.

What did you love best about Heaven Is for Real?

I loved the realness in the story. It is very inspiring to hear the real side from a child.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the fact that it did not seem fake. The parents were clear when they stated that there was no way for the child to have made any of it up.

    Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was when the boy talked about God having markers in his hand.

Where does Man Enough for Me rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Its a pleasant change to my self-help books and had a good plot. Some parts were a little predictable but I especially enjoyed the main character and how they really put a highlight on her spiritual life. Excellent!

What about Shari Peele’s performance did you like?

Shari was good to have played all of the parts...Once I got into it, it was like I could hear the character voices on my own.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    It sure was!
