For sure I will listen to it again to capture the finer points of the arguments made as some of them are requires a return to the math of my high school and college years.
My job resolves to a large degree around being able to assist my business stakeholders with identifying opportunities and risk and being able to quantify these in business cases. And in that light, this book was a very welcomed input to that work which in many case can be quite frustrating when it comes to the so called "intangibles".
I don't know any that does when it comes to an approach based on mathematics and statistics
This was the first of David Drummond's performances I've hear, but he did very well.
It's a book on mathematics and statistics, so feelings are not the focus, but yes it was in general very encouraging to realize that it is actually possible to get a grip on things that seem quite elusive.
The "western style" feel to the story and how Wil expertly brings the characters to life as real people with temperaments and grudges.
Of course! I'd tell them to relax, kick back and dream of a place far far away in the outback part of the galaxy where people still do mining using explosives.

My biggest takeaway from this book is that I need to learn to relax and rest in who I am rather than try to be someone else to please. But there are many other insightful things to learn from listening to this audiobook.
In terms of importance of the message, The Five Love Languages ranks among my top five audiobooks. In addition it was very well narrated by the author, so in all respects a very good audiobook. I can recommend it to everyone old enough to think about relationships :-)
One of the cases in the book is of a married couple who had been married for many years in the form of just living together, but this couple were still able to pick things up and revitalize their marriage. A very encouraging case!
The combination of the story and the narrator's portrayal of the different characters made this audio book really enjoyable and as I also bought the whispersync'ed Kindle book it was really easy to get into the book
The depths of the characters and their internal struggles combined with the alien context they were in.
Where the main character reconciles with the strangeness of his reproduced wife and comes to love this new person
