"Well It is a classic ... really."
It is sometimes difficult to tell the characters apart given Russian usuage but this work is considered to be one of the best pieces of literature even penned. It is a sweeping story, in which the main characters become representatives of bigger narratives dealing with religion, morality, ethics, and philosophy, class struggle and Russian history. Some of the most quoted lines about religion and morality comes from this epic novel dealing with the Karamazov family.
The exploration of atheistic and ethical themes fleshed out in the lifes of this highly dysfunctional family. It is "Days of our Lives" on philosophical steroids.
The story of the Inquistor's interogation of Jesus Christ
Not possible - this is a massive owrk

"Serious Thinking with Penetrating Cultural Insight"
Ravi is a most serious thinker who brings half century of philosphy trainiing and an eastern world view to the task of critiquing the modern fascination in the West of New Age Spirituality with distinctive Eastern overtones. So how can you save yourself from Shirley MacLaine, sundry Gurus, and false messiahs? Does it matter? Are not all ways the same way to God? Who ever or whatever it is?
Any excursion through a moden bookstore will offer the most bizzarre selection in the religious section. You may be lucky to find a Bible, but it is more likely that the shelf will be full of a smorgasborg of spiritual works that are actually all self anthenticating propositions than contradict the books either side.
This book gives a historical, cultural, philosophical analysis of the teachings and claims of the new spiritualists and the worldviews paraded on Orphah Winfrey. This work will be hard to beat.
Ravi has a series of books analysing other religious worldviews

There are some tender human stories and illustrations
"Acessing Recent Scholarship on Paul"
Audio books are great means of accessing information. This is a technical book on that deals with the search for the historic Paul and attempts to reframe Paul away from the superational deconstruction that led to the idea that Paul was the founder of Christianity and not Jesus. N.T. Wright is a reputable scholar and his material is very accessible and understandable for those wanting an introduction in this NT issue.

"C S Lewis is a considerably bright thinker."
Lewis provides one of the best apologetics for Christianity and he successully dodges some of the trite and superficial objections. Using some pretty folksy stories and illustrations, he stealthy sneeks up on the the metaphysical and theological implications of the life and subsequent claims of Jesus Christ. Even in this new age of robust defenders for the faith, and the public brawl with the 'new athiets', Lewis is still able to go the intellectual distance with the best of thinkers. Simply loved it ....

Great voice ... but primarily makes the work of Lewis accessible to me on the move
