After a slow summer of chasing low-level skips for her cousin Vinnie's bail bonds agency, Stephanie Plum finally lands an assignment that could put her checkbook back in the black. Geoffrey Cubbin, facing trial for embezzling millions from Trenton's premier assisted-living facility, has mysteriously vanished from the hospital after an emergency appendectomy. Now it's on Stephanie to track down the con man. Unfortunately, Cubbin has disappeared without a trace, a witness, or his money-hungry wife. Rumors are stirring that he must have had help with the daring escape...or that maybe he never made it out of his room alive.

What did you love best about Notorious Nineteen?

The activities or Grandma and Lulu

What other book might you compare Notorious Nineteen to and why?

I'm re-reading Hot Six and parts of it are similar but differenet

What does Lorelei King bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She did a very good job but Ranger and Morelli have different voices in my mind's ear and I am a very visual person so I will be buying the book to re-read.

If you could take any character from Notorious Nineteen out to dinner, who would it be and why?

    Definitely Morelli and Ranger. Yum

    Any additional comments?

I didn't like 17 very much but 18 was better. Whenever I need a good read for my psyche, I start at the beginning and re-read. They do wonders for my mental health
