    This was not the normal Alex Cross mystery. This was a social statement on issues in Africa. It was choppy in the way he transitioned to, from and through Africa and tying the whole story line together. It was definitely disappointing if you enjoy his other Cross mysteries.

    New narrator should at least listen to prior books. Took me forever to determine that Piss-cur-E was Pah-scary, and Tuck-a-tuck was Toccata. Story was entertaining, but lost its luster.
