    "Bad Ending!"
    Overall

A decent story that ended with a ridiculous twist. Everyone likes a plot twist, but not the one Patterson served up here. If the story was not written in a first person narrative the ending could have been somewhat acceptable. Even if you are a fan of Patterson, do not waste your time!

    "Bad Lifetime Movie Script"

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

    Hopefully no one.

What could David Baldacci have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Made me care about characters. Make the characters believable. Have a plot that is more interesting then predictable. Drama?? Rewrite the entire novel!

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

I don't like more then one narrator. The man was fine. The woman was terrible, espicially with the tennage angst.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

    No, It was horrible.

    Any additional comments?

This was like listening to the worst lifetime movie ever produced.

I found this to be a very interesting book. It could have been a great book if there wasn't so many times that the characters failed to ask or do certain things that real people would have done.

Contrived, boring, predictable, and well...one of the lamest books I have ever listened to. Did I listen to the same book as the other reviewers? Can I have my 8 hours back?

    "Not Good!"
    Overall

I was very dissapointed by this book. The main character was completly unlikeable and unbelievable. The methods by which the hero pursues the villain are so stupid it is laughable. There is also no sort of character development throughout the entire book. Skip this one and go out in pursuit of a real book!

This book could have been 1/3 of the length it was. The charachters just keep getting out of the same predicaments over and over! This book was pathetic and cheesy. I believe I have listened to my last Ludlum novel!
