I'm very familiar with Lindzee Armstrong and enjoy reading her short romance stories. They are always clean, laid back, and fun. I enjoyed book 1 in this sweet series and book 2 was just as nice.

The narrador did a great job bringing the story to life. I was able to listen to it in one sitting. I really like her voice and pace. Her intonation was great and added to the great story.
I would not resitate to listen to any books narrated by her.

This book is about second chances and past mistakes. If you enjoy clean & short sweet romances you will enjoy this series. Lauren and Tanner are solid likable characters and the background story was interesting. It was nice to hear a bit about the main characters from the previous book and see that their are doing great as well.

    Story

This is a fast paced Urban Fantasy with a strong heroine. Here you will find mystery, action, danger, violence, and a touch of romance. Jenna meets a handsome stranger on the train to Bruges that helps her navigate the city she is assigned to investigate. There are dead bodies being found all over the city and Jenna is there to find out what is going on.

Narration is excellent and brings the story to life. Melanie and Anthony do an amazing job with the narration.

There is a good amount of character development so we can understand what drives Jenna and why she has decided to join the Hunter's Guild. Ivy Granger is mentioned a few times as being a trusted friend of Jenna. Perhaps she will make an appearance in future books. This is a great start to a new series.

I'm looking forward to book 2 in this new fast paced Urban Fantasy series.

It is hard to go wrong with Leslie North books. I specially love all her Sheikhs stories! It is amazing how she can put so much in such a short listen. The story moves at a great pace and wraps up nicely at the conclusion. It did not feel rushed or incomplete. It was an excellent story that you can easily read/ listen to at one sitting.

Narration was great and brought the story to life.

I’m looking forward to book two in this delightful series!

Cara Snow is newly divorced, stuck working for a jerky boss at a pet boutique, and dreading her soon-to-be-empty nest with only her beloved corgi for company. Worse still, her ex just got engaged. Doesn’t she deserve some romance, too? Or, at least a date for the Fur Ball. She’s always enjoyed the annual pet rescue gala, but this year her ex will be there with his fiancée. Meanwhile, Cara hasn’t met anyone — other than the irresistible dogs at the boutique’s adoption events. Cara is shocked when her wish to fall for a man as easily as she does for those mutts summons Vincent. His velour track suit, paunchy belly, and tough-guy accent don't exactly fit her childhood image of a fairy godfather. Not exactly on top of his game, he admits to being twenty-five years late.

    Story

I absolutely enjoyed listening to this fun story! I could totally relate to Cara! I’m not even a dog person but I loved all the heartwarming dogs and humor. I do love animals and enjoy listening to stories which include them in such an fun way.

This is such a unique story. Definitely different than anything I have read. To have a fairy godfather that is way late in her life and confused about how to cast the right spell for her is quite humorous. This is an awesome light read!

Narration was excellent and brought the story to life.

Vincent is such a fun character and the story sucked me in from the beginning to conclusion. This is kind of a fun modern fairytale for moms that are soon to go thru empty nest. Cara has gone thru a recent divorce and is feeling upset because her ex is already engaged to someone.

This is a fast paced story with great characters and a HEA conclusion.

I’m looking forward to reading more books by this talented author.

    Story

This is the first book in the Psychic Cafe Mystery series. I have been enjoying a few paranormal cozy mysteries lately so I decided to give this one a try. The story is set in a small town in England. Sometimes, I have a hard time with British accents but the narrator did a fairly good job bringing the story to life.

This story was interesting and kept me interested from beginning to conclusion. There is suspense, danger, psychic visions, humor, and an old fling as the main detective. The plot is clever and there are a few twists I did not see coming.

I’m looking forward to book 2 in this short fun cozy mystery series. Hope there will be a touch of romance in the next book.

This is a well written magical tale. It took me a bit to get sucked into the story but once I did, it was hard to put it down. The story is truly a captivating tale specially after Conn meets Ivy.

Narration was fairly good and brought the story to life.

I enjoyed the visit into the Fae Realm and modern day Ireland. The character development was excellent and I felt totally immersed into the story like I was the one living it. The story is told in dual POV which is great because we get to understand where they are coming from and their true feelings. Forbidden love is always the best!

I was not familiar with this author but I’m definitely going to look at her other books. Apparently, I need to check the “Order of the Dragon Knights!” I’m looking forward to the next book in this great series!

I absolutely loved this new Sleeping Beauty with an extra twist! I’m young at heart and love Teen/YA fantasy books! This story sucked me in from the beginning and kept me hooked all the way to an unexpected unique conclusion.

Narration was good and brought the story to life.

The story is told in Jenny’s & Princess Genevieve’s POV. They wake up in each other’s shoes and they are from a totally different time! There are castles, knights, carriages, swords, magic, fairies, etc...

Jenny wakes up in a fairy tale and soon realizes that everything looks too real to be a dream. Princess Genevieve wakes up in our modern world trying to boss everyone around and very confused about her surroundings.

It was a delightful tale and one of my favorite variations of Sleeping Beauty! I’m looking forward to reading more books by this talented author!

The story was quite unique with Laylea being a shifter and actually being more comfortable in her animal form. She has no control over her changes and that gets her into trouble. She ends up going to a shifter school that is not all that is cracked up to be.

It was a very unique book with so many different shifter animals. I enjoyed learning about all of them.

I enjoyed book one in the Otter Creek Series. Book two is about another one of the triplets sisters, Madison. These poor girls always seem to be in danger and trying to play down the signs of danger until things get quite ugly.

This is the first book I have read with a talking sword! It was unique and fun to say the least. Brin is sarcastic and always seem to have an attitude. The story sucked me in and kept me interested all the way to the last chapter.

Narration was good and brought the story to life.

This is a clean fantasy romance between Dearra and Darius! Brekens invade her island trying to kill or enslaved them but her people manage to drive them away back to sea. Darius is a Breken but he never cared for the ruthless way his people live. He was left behind by his own kin.

The story wraps up with no major cliffhangers although there are unresolved issues for the next book to address and resolve.

I’m looking forward to the next book. They will have to travel far to go rescue someone the Breken have taken with them!
