Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I have recommended it to a friend. It's inspirational. Contains running advice. And interesting foods/fuels to consider.

What other book might you compare Eat and Run to and why?

Right away I compared it to Born to Run. Christopher McDougall is a writer... that is what he does for a living. Scott Jurek is a runner... a very intelligent runner. I will read them both again.

What does Quincy Dunn-Baker bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He could have been Scott... he was believable.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I came away wanting to be a better person. Physically, mentally, what I do and how I effect the world around me.
