The story really resonated with me to the depths of my being.
I laughed, I cried, it moved me Bob.
A couple years ago I read a book called "The Shack" and it really made an impression on me but it was only a story, a good one with some truth presented in a new way. A little over a year ago I had the blessing of experiencing a Walk to Emmaus during a very critical time in my life. A couple of months ago, I don't even remember how, I got this book on my radar. With this month's Audible.com credit I purchased the audio book and have listened to the entire book in the past 24-hours. This book has resonated with me at my core and to a level that in all honesty even scares me a little bit, as I am once again wondering - where am I being led?
At the same time I am not holding on to any sort of worry about it. The last 18 months, no the last almost 37 years continues to teach me I don't have to worry about tomorrow, it will get here when it is time and my experience of now is what will prepare me for it when it does.
I HIGHLY recommend this book to all. If you don't want to go to church or even if you do. This book won't give you an answer but it may allow you to see where you might want to make your next step along your journey.
I loved this book and was sad when it ended. Great insight behind the curtain of one of the greatest movies of all time.
