Joyce Bean is always good, she can bring the character to life. I worry about her vocal cords though with the male voices she does
yes, at one point the sneaky author through us a curve ball
Linda Howard is always a good read. (listen)
I see a lot of parallels between this series and the Virgin River series. Same story, differnet cast. I love her writing though. I give it only a 3 because it was all too familiar.
I am not that fond of the perfomer, she sounds older than than "Edgar" is supposed to be. However, the story is excellent as always.
I LOVE THE HUMOR THAT THE TWINS BRING INTO THIS SERIES. IT'S A SERIOUS STORY WITH LOTS OF HUMOR. MY KIND OF READING. YOU GO GIRL
I love a good story with humor in it, however, this one had, for me, only one chuckle. Barely.
It may be humorous in Britian but to me not so much
I almost didnt buy this one, I love Victoria Laurie, but this didn't seem like her style. But it was well written and I am thinking that it might end up being a series. I hope so.
The story was good, but the reader is aweful. She always makes the women sound as if they are crying. It is unnerving.
It is what it's named. You think you know, then you know you don't. In the end, I was surprised at the way the maze worked out
MORE SEX THAN STORY, DON'T MIND SEX IF YOU HAVE A STORY TO GO WITH IT. ALSO, NOT HAPPY WITH HER WORD FOR THE FEMALE SEX ORGAN.
THIS STORY WAS WAY TOO SHORT! BUT, I DID LIKE THAT IT PERTAINED TO AN AUTISTIC CHILD WITH UNDERSTANDING
I loved this book, it has humor, murder, and a sorta love interest, which I would have like to see go further.
