Time well spent. This book is a good example of the growth of the Science Fiction genra. It moves from the
most interesting: Clarke kept the suspence going through the book to the end.

Only to a Sci fi fan...my sister who can not even pick up a sci fi book wouldn't get past the first chapter
Memporable momen :the way( in this world view) of how the problem is resoved...didn't know if I loved it or hated it but thats also how I feel about what's going on in our curent poliitical climate. One of the things I like about Sci fi is how the authors can reflect current events-- magnafied and somewhat simplified-- as it applies to our current situation politically and socially.

No...for one thing it was lengthy. I will bring it up and listen again in the future as ido with those that are my favorites.
