Zachary Bronson has built an empire of wealth and power, but all London knows he is not a gentleman. He needs a wife to secure his position in society – and to warm his bed in private. But one alluring, unexpected kiss from Lady Holly Taylor awakens a powerful need within him beyond respectability. An exceptional beauty whose fierce passions match Zachary’s own, Holly always intended to play by society’s rules, even when they clashed with her bolder instincts. But now a dashing stranger has made her a scandalous offer that does not include matrimony....

If you could sum up Where Dreams Begin in three words, what would they be?

    Sweet, mystery, good

Which character – as performed by Rosalyn Landor – was your favorite?

I liked all her voices, which is saying a lot. Landor brought this story alive.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I would recommend reading the story. Would not want to give anything away. This is somewhat of a mystery with a happy ending and the fourth book in the wallflower series. Not my favorite but I still really enjoyed listening to it.

    Any additional comments?

I would highly recommend listening to the entire series which I have also purchased. Fantastic!

Dr. Emory Charbonneau, a pediatrician and marathon runner, disappears on a mountain road in North Carolina. By the time her husband Jeff, miffed over a recent argument, reports her missing, the trail has grown cold. Literally. Fog and ice encapsulate the mountainous wilderness and paralyze the search for her. While police suspect Jeff of "instant divorce," Emory, suffering from an unexplained head injury, regains consciousness and finds herself the captive of a man whose violent past is so dark that he won't even tell her his name.

Would you consider the audio edition of Mean Streak to be better than the print version?

    I don't know, I didn't purchase the book.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Of course the man with no name! No spoilers here...

    Which scene was your favorite?

Loved the ending! Hated that it was over though...

    Any additional comments?

This was a fabulous read, I hated it when it was over! If you love mystery romance this book is for you... It had a great surprise ending which I guess would be considered a twist in the story. Love Sandra Brown she never disappoints.
