Yes - entertaining and smart about relationships.
Kelly - she tried so hard to cover up any sadness or badness.
All were great. She did wonderfully with the men without making her voice sound strange.
I couldn't wait to keep listening - it was for the road while I drove my friend's moving truck across country. I kept thinking about the things friends do for each other. I laughed a couple of times about Becky's reactions to things.
Loved the narrator and the book. I wish all were this awesome. I didn't think the subject matter was for me but I trust this author to be good. Coming of Age.
Sam -- She dealt so gently with the main character.
When Patrick is getting beat up and our wallflower jumps in and beats off the other guys.
Patrick - it is still rare that a gay character receives such a moving and honest portrayal.
Great listening while doing housework or just about anyhting where you want your mind somewhere else. Honest and emotional.
Yes. It was an easy listen and I liked the characters.
Loved it when the teacher discovered she had discounted the main character's intelligence.
No extremes. Just a good story about a girl who discovers things about herself and the people around her.
