I enjoyed the Bourne Legacy as much as any of the other Ludlum Bourne novels. The character development of Bourne adds a dimension to this thriller that makes this a truly enjoyable book. And of course the reader, Scott Brick, is great as always.
The story integing and fast paced which made it an enjoyable listen
DeMille is one of my favorites and I anxiously await his next book.
I've listened to dozens of Scott Brick's performances and as usual his reading is outstanding.
No, as a short story, with no other characters there was not enough substance.
The book is much more like going to a crime scene with John Corey than a more traditional story. It is much more like an appetizer than a meal leaving the reader hungry for more.
The Arctic Event is top notch. I hope the writer will pick up the torch and continue the series. The characters become more alive than in any of the previous Covert One books. The reader does a fine job from beginning to end.
It sounded interesting and it had my favorite reader Scott Brick but I could not make it through the entire book. I quite at the close of book 1. I became more uncomfortable the longer I listened. The sexual violence described is not for everyone. It became torture to continue listening.
