    Brian's engineering background is a great starting point for the sales process. His approach is logical and well thought out. I found the book very helpful in understanding larger organizations and the many individuals that may influence the buying process. I like having the book on audio and have listened to each chapter several times.

    I was almost scared off by a negative review of the book, but I'm glad I decided to read it. It took a little bit to get into the thought of what Chris was trying to explain because it's different than the other books I've read - not about the tools of the internet, but more about the use of yourself to create a community around you. I'm on my second time through, and enjoying it more than the first time. A good book to absorb and think about.
