Imriel de la Courcel's birth parents are history's most reviled traitors, but his adoptive parents, the Comtesse Phedre and the warrior-priest Joscelin, are Terre d'Ange's greatest champions. Stolen, tortured, and enslaved as a young boy, Imriel is now a Prince of the Blood; third in line for the throne in a land that revels in art, beauty and desire. It is a court steeped in deeply laid conspiracies - and there are many who would see the young prince dead.

    Which scene was your favorite?

The end of the siege in Lucca.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

    Not like my mother.

Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, lives peacefully in Arizona, running an occult bookshop and shape-shifting in his spare time to hunt with his Irish wolfhound. His neighbors and customers think that this handsome, tattooed Irish dude is about twenty-one years old - when in actuality, he’s twenty-one centuries old. Not to mention: He draws his power from the earth, possesses a sharp wit, and wields an even sharper magical sword known as Fragarach, the Answerer. Unfortunately, a very angry Celtic god wants that sword, and he’s hounded Atticus for centuries....

What did you love best about Hounded?

The narrator. Luke Daniels brought the characters to life and filled them with humor. Narrators can make or break an audio series for me. If I'm not hooked in the first book then I'm not going to listen to the next. I'm definitely getting book 2.

What other book might you compare Hounded to and why?

Dresden Files. Same genre, similar characters.

Which character – as performed by Luke Daniels – was your favorite?

Oberon - that dog made me laugh out loud!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

    Never underestimate a druid.
