"A must listen for everyone"
This is the most important book I've ever listened to or read.
The truth the author exposes about dealing with chronic pain saved me thousands of dollars and steered me toward years of peace.
NA.
When a friend told me about this book, I was in the midst of over 12 years of battling back back pain. The last 8 months the pain would almost never let up. I flew to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I wanted to have suregery, but they gave me an epidural shot. It was a week or so later that my friend told me about this book.
It's now a few months later and the book's ideas are helping me defeat my pain. I've returned to doing the physical activities I love. I work out again, but still haven't pushed myself to the limit, as the book tells you to take it slow. If you're suffering from chronic back pain, this book WILL help you HEAL.
""Love Baldacci, Not This Book""
The characters in this book were poorly developed. The plot was was bland and never got off the ground.
I read the Camel Club and was looking forward to this book, their return. I was very disappointed.
I have read many other Baldacci books and loved them all. This one appears to have been rushed to the press, as it's not to his usual standard. I will continue to listen to Baldacci.
"Very Helpful"
Teaching me to re-vamp the way I organize my "to do" lists.
I greatly enjoyed this book. It's an interesting listen, as I used it to help me drive to and from work. I suggest taking notes while you listen to this book. I used a tape recorder so I could make notes while I drove, to take down later.
It radically changed the way I manage my time and can do the same for anyone who takes the time to listen.
"Excellent Read"
Be warned, this is an outdated book. If you can enjoy Sci Fi written decades ago, you will enjoy this novel. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well read and written.
"Horrible for listening"
I found the reader's tone so patronizing, that I could not listen to this book. I regret buying it.
