Paul’s letter to the Romans is arguably the greatest ever written. With these 225 messages, Piper preaches through the book - verse by verse, phrase by phrase - faithfully pointing listeners to Christ and the gospel. “The glory of Christ seems more glorious to me now than it ever has. And there is no greater exposition of the Gospel of God than the book of Romans.” (John Piper)

John says: "The most complete expositional view of Romans Ever"
    "Passionate Preaching for every person"

Recommend to everyone who loves Jesus and to those who are seeking the truth. Very well preached.

Beginning with the story of Stephen from the book of Acts, considered the first Christian martyr, the drama builds to the passion of the early Church's persecution under the Roman Empire. The hardy and radical faith of those first believers spawned medieval missionary movements that spread the gospel across Europe and into England, Scotland, and Ireland. As the story continues, it places a significant emphasis on the sufferings of the early Protestants during the Reformation.

The impact of The Late Great Planet Earth cannot be overstated. This blockbuster offered Christians and non-Christians of the 1970s a wake-up call to events to come, and some already unfolding, that herald the return of Jesus Christ. The years since have confirmed Lindsey's insights into what biblical prophecy says about the times we live in: the rebirth of Israel, the threat of war in the Middle East, an increase in natural catastrophes, the revival of Satanism and witchcraft.

In the best-selling novels Venus and Jupiter, Ben Bova dramatized the latest discoveries about our own solar system in an epic tale of near-future exploration and development. Now Bova turns his attention to one of our system's greatest mysteries, Saturn.

    "Well written Hard SF"
    Overall

This book could be classified as political SF if there was such a catagory. The science is almost a sideline and is always viewed through political eyes. Saying that the characters are 3 diminsional and totally believable. The action is well drawn out. The narration was excellent. A good read.
