Rich, evocative, and dignified, the King James Version of the Bible remains the favorite of millions for both its inspirational and poetic qualities. This awe-inspiring production contains the Old Testament in its entirety, read by a versatile group of distinguished performers. Whether it's your first introduction to the ancient text or if you can recite each word from memory, you will enjoy the literary and spiritual value this monumental audiobook has to offer.

Other than knowing you are listening to Part 1, Part 2, etc., there is no way to know where you are and how to get where you want to go. This is very disappointing as the production is nice, but any serious listener will want to navigate and this is set up to make such a thing nearly impossible.

In Kindle it's even WORSE, since you can't even see the which PART you are listening to.

Again, the product sounds great but this short-sighted edition without navigation really makes this impractical.

  • Day of Deceit: The Truth About FDR and Pearl Harbor

This great question of Pearl Harbor - what did we know and when did we know it? - has been argued for years. But no investigator has ever been able to prove that foreknowledge of the attack existed at the highest levels. Until now.

If you like Day of Deceit, try Trapped at Pearl Harbor and vintage audio of FDR's Day of Infamy Speech.

I would encourage you to listen and judge for yourself whether or not there is something here. In my opinion, there absolutely is something here. Take FDR's word for it, "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way."

I won't go into any details about the book. If you love history and want to be told ALL the information so that you can judge, then you will love this. I listened to it in two days and would have listened in one day if I had been able to find that much free time.

It's a great piece of history, told very well by the author and narrated superbly.
