This is one of the worst stories I have ever listened to. It appears that no research had been done prior to the writing. It amazes me that this book was ever published, it is so far fetched that I am amazed any publisher would print it. This was a waste of money (credit)
I enjoyed the creative killing methods, but wonder how he thinks of the gruesome manner of deaths. Nice ending.
Almost the same story as Kat and Bones. The narrator is great at sounding like a spoiled, wining little brat. At times it was hard to continue to listen to the story.
Gigi Bermingham is not as good as Marguerite Gavin. Her high pitch voice is hard to listen to. The story is alright but not as good as the previous books in the series.
Nothing like beating a dead horse, I think I have listened to this story over and over. Secret government lab tests that have gone wrong, again and again. This one was a waste of money.
I have not enjoyed an audiobook as much as I do this one in recent history. The story captures your attention and keeps you wanting to listen til the end. Although I had it figured out about halfway through I still found the story teller engaging. This is my first story from Heather Graham and look forward to more from this author.
Typical male invincibility. At least that is the way it comes across. Another one of those - main charater super heros who can't be hurt, killed. Not in the least believable or entertaining. Save your money. If I could give it negative stars I would have.
I didn't like the story, some of the content is irresponsible and unnecessary. Wow, the lead is superman, can't be killed even when he is being fired at by 3 men with assault rifles. So farfetched it was not entertaining. The narrator is easy to listen to, but the story is junk.
DS is one of my favorite writers, but this one was not worth the $$ I spent. Some of the characters were not necessary for the story, it seemed like they didn't belong to the story. This may have been realeased in audio format in 2009, when was it written? Very dissappointed in this one.
As all of Jayne Ann Krentz's books, this one is entertaining if a little predictable. However, the voices especially those for the older female characters are annoying. The male voice puts an exclamation on everything he says, which makes listening again annoying. I have listening to other books read by this male narrator and he reads all books the same. Needs to learn to put emphasis only when appropriate.
