Every morning, A wakes in a different person’s body, a different person’s life. There’s never any warning about where it will be or who it will be. A has made peace with that, even established guidelines by which to live: Never get too attached. Avoid being noticed. Do not interfere. It’s all fine until the morning that A wakes up in the body of Justin and meets Justin’s girlfriend, Rhiannon. From that moment, the rules by which A has been living no longer apply....

What made the experience of listening to Every Day the most enjoyable?

the amount of background work because in order to tell THIS story you need to think 40 other more stories, one for each day

What did you like best about this story?

how deep can you go on the subject of letting go... material, gender, love...

What does Alex McKenna bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

great performance specially on those heavy emotional moments

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

the love scenes made me miss so much being in love; those scenes are the bes written

    Any additional comments?

I didn't quite like how it ended... almost like a bad movie that leaves an open door to a sequence; but I enjoyed it very much to condem it for that!

For fans of Tina Fey and David Sedaris - Internet star Jenny Lawson, aka The Bloggess, makes her literary debut. Jenny Lawson realized that the most mortifying moments of our lives - the ones we'd like to pretend never happened - are in fact the ones that define us. In Let's Pretend This Never Happened, Lawson takes readers on a hilarious journey recalling her bizarre upbringing in rural Texas, her devastatingly awkward high school years, and her relationship with her long-suffering husband, Victor.

John Perry did two things on his 75th birthday. First, he visited his wife's grave. Then he joined the army. The good news is that humanity finally made it into interstellar space. The bad news is that planets fit to live on are scarce - and alien races willing to fight us for them are common. So, we fight, to defend Earth and to stake our own claim to planetary real estate. Far from Earth, the war has been going on for decades: brutal, bloody, unyielding.

Ethan Wate used to think of Gatlin, the small Southern town he had always called home, as a place where nothing ever changed. Then he met mysterious newcomer Lena Duchannes, who revealed a secret world that had been hidden in plain sight all along. A Gatlin that harbored ancient secrets beneath its moss-covered oaks and cracked sidewalks.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

A really big fan of the series, I'd read the first one 3 years agos and saw the movie adaptation recently and wanted to check it out... It was too slow, the kid is STUPID not to notice some things, so much adolescent from the previous version... at least I don't remember him being so DUMB.

What could Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Don't make the kid so dumb and predictable...

What three words best describe Kevin T. Collins’s voice?

    Passionate, naif, clear.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Beautiful Darkness?

All the way from the middle to the end it was sloppy...

It is Nick and Amy Dunne's fifth wedding anniversary. Presents are being wrapped and reservations are being made when Nick's clever and beautiful wife disappears from their rented McMansion on the Mississippi River. Husband-of-the-Year Nick isn't doing himself any favors with cringe-worthy daydreams. Under mounting pressure from the police and the media - as well as Amy's fiercely doting parents - the town golden boy parades an endless series of lies, deceits, and inappropriate behavior. Nick is oddly evasive, and he's definitely bitter - but is he really a killer?

Would you consider the audio edition of Gone Girl to be better than the print version?

I haven't read the print but I can say the audible version is AMAZING

What other book might you compare Gone Girl to and why?

It kinda reminded me when you read transcripts of old letters, the intimacy and how she uses the diary format; but I haven't read something with this good storytelling in a while now!

What about Julia Whelan and Kirby Heyborne ’s performance did you like?

    Everything, such a great job!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

You think you know a person, but you don't.

Best-known as Glee’s sharp-tongued Sue Sylvester, Jane Lynch’s on-screen persona is someone that many love to hate. But when she’s not prowling the corridors in Sue’s shiny tracksuit, who is the real Jane Lynch and how did this Golden Globe and Emmy winner learn to channel such delicious nastiness? This is no typical Hollywood memoir of torment, grief, regret and plastic surgery. It’s a simple but candid story of how a girl from Chicago came to Hollywood, overcame her demons, and finally hit the big time.
