"The Food Industry Is Out To Get You"
Very fascinating stuff. I enjoyed listening to the Science behind making food at restaurants and convenience items (pre-made at stores) more appealing by layering on additional fat, salt, and sugar, their form of the Trinity, I guess. You're better off eating Grandma's cookie recipe than Sally Field's. Make your stuff at home and save yourself some moolah and pant sizes.
"Inspiring"
Inspiring story to not let percieved limitations hold you back from your goals and desires. Lots of practical advice and application.
"Pratical Insight, but way too wordy"
Very practical and insightful, but very redundant. This book could have been condensed into two hours, rather than four and the same core messages would have been communicated.
"Meh-"
The advice is good, but many times going beyond reality to just bleak. Also, all the web addresses sounded horrible on audio. This would have been much better on an e-book format only.
"Down to Earth tone, but very uplifting message"
I really enjoyed Michael's insight and sense of humor. She had lots of practical advice and many real world applications for her insights. I hope she writes a follow up.
"Awesome!"
Very motivating and direct. Not to New Age-y, but still very enlightening. I will read more of Richardsons books.
