Sweet story. I was glad to have another listen in the Star Force world, and it was free to boot!

Star Force listeners will like this incite into the past of a character we wanted to know a little more about. To say anything else would ruin the plot. Listen, its free!

For me,this second book really went a little darker than the first. We are finally getting some incite into the "objects" and other character details we all wondered about.

My only complaint......DON'T CHANGE NARRATORS! Dont get me wrong, the new narrator did a fine job. But the one voice i just got sick of hearing was McKesson(sp?). He now sounds like he is always talking with a mouth full of peanut butter.

New narrator or not, this book was awesome and i cant wait for the next.

I gave the second book in this series a mediocre grade, about a B-, C+. This third installment gets an A++. I loved it. Im not going to be a reviewer that goes into endless details that no one needs to know. But if you read the first two books in this series, this latest book will excite you. Set your dvr to record anything you may want to watch. I finished this book in less than a week. I listened to it any chance i got and at the end of a long day i put it on instead of the mindless garbage on television. This book even made my dog walk, longer and farther because i got so into the story. I cant wait for book 4.

Dont get me wrong, this was a very entertaining listen, but it left me wanting more. It felt like half of a thought almost at times. That will not stop me from getting the next in the series.

This classic expose of the Fed has become one of the best-selling books in its category of all time. Where does money come from? Where does it go? Who makes it? The money magician's secrets are unveiled. Here is a close look at their mirrors and smoke machines, the pulleys, cogs, and wheels that create the grand illusion called money. A boring subject? Just wait. You'll be hooked in five minutes. It reads like a detective story - which it really is, but it's all true.

Let me start of by saying this book should be required reading for every single American.

I listen to these audible books while i hike with my dog. On more than one occasion I caught myself making a disgusted face because of what i was hearing. Wipe that look off your face and keep listening.

I plan on buying a hard copy to re-read. There is so much information in this book it will require you to listen to it 5 or 6 more times.

Action-packed from the start, Hidden Order demonstrates yet again why Brad Thor is the "master of thrillers". A string of high-profile kidnappings has Washington, D.C., in a frenzy. When the victims begin turning up dead, frenzy turns to panic. And when the ransom demand is finally made public, panic will turn to terror. In Brad Thor's riveting new thriller, the stakes have never been higher, nor the lines between good and evil so hard to discern.

Lifelong friends, they went their separate ways. Now they are together again, though each holds secrets from the others in his heart. They speak of a world shadowed with rumors of war. They speak of tales of strange monsters, creatures of myth, creatures of legend. They do not speak of their secrets. Not then. Not until a chance encounter with a beautiful, sorrowful woman, who bears a magical crystal staff, draws the companions deeper into the shadows, forever changing their lives and shaping the fate of the world.

I grew up reading these books. I still have them in my book shelf. I got very excited when i saw them on audible, but then disappointed to read everyone's reviews on how horrible the then narrator was. I'm glad to say the re-recording of this series with a new narrator will not disappoint. The voices all work for me and even Tas isnt annoying to listen to.

If you enjoyed the Lord Of The Rings, then you will like this series even more.

When i first noticed this book was available,it had two reviews. One made this story out to seem like it was all about Gains and Riggs and boring, the other made it out to be the literary masterpiece of 2013. Both of those reviews weren't very good.

This was in my opinion, another good story in the Star Force series. It has everything we all have come to expect and enjoy. Riggs doing things and never explaining them to his officers,Quan cracking you up with his one liners, and Marvin irritating the crap out of you with his twisting of orders. Plus some small twists in the end that some of us may have seen coming. BUT! You are left to your own imagination as to weather someone is still around or not............

I like this book,i didnt love it. It does seem to be the end of the series but thats ok. This is a series that i will come back to in a year or so and re-listen to every book back to back. Thanks BV!

When Quentin Draith wakes up in a private sanatorium, he has no memory of who he is or how he received the injuries riddling his body. All he knows is that he has to get out, away from the drugs being pumped into him and back to the real world to search for answers. His first question: How did his friend Tony’s internal organs fill with sand, killing him in a Las Vegas car crash? After a narrow escape, he tracks down the basic facts: He is an investigator and blogger specializing in the supernatural - which is a good thing, because Quentin’s life is getting stranger by the minute.

I really enjoyed this book once it got going. For me,i had to get about 3 hours into it before the story really picked up. I honestly feel like this could be a character and story line form Peter Clines book "14," it had some of the odd creepy things going on that could be linked to 14.

Everyday objects having magical qualities, very creepy aliens, cultists, dirty cops and russian gangsters.

Cool idea, fun listen, great narrator. The only complain was its slow start.
