Currently I am listening to Jon's Mindfulness Pain Reduction. This is my favorite since I need knee replacements and pain is constant. I have been able to reduce my pain medication.
I was disappointed. I wanted some techniques for mindfulness practice, instead I heard Buddhist philosophy. I learned some techniques, but not enough to listen through the whole book.

I believe Dr. Cloud and Dr. Townsend hit home with the sharing of information of patients' stories and examples of how to set boundaries
I needed to hear this book and know the information presented. I think this book is great.
