To make the journey into The Power of Now you need to leave your analytical mind and its false created self, the ego, behind. Access to the Now is everywhere - in the body, the silence, and the space all around you. These are the keys to enter a state of inner peace.

"Do NOT buy this book, power of now"
    Overall

Don't throw your money away. The book's impossible to listen to thanks to the horrible author who is also a lousy narrator. In the introduction he doesn't mind telling us how he came to the realization of his "philosophy": he was deeply depressed and close to suicide when he decided to break with everything, even with himself, to come out of it(!). If you don't want to have serious problems don't "help" yourself with his advice. It's unbeleivable how this book made it so far. Thanks.

Conducting a strange and urgent experiment on the Artic ice field, a team of scientists has planted 60 powerful explosive charges that will detonate at midnight. But before they can withdraw to the safety of their base camp, a shattering tidal wave breaks loose the ice on which they are working. Now they are hopelessly marooned on an iceberg during a violent winter storm. The bombs beneath them are buried irretrievably deep...and ticking.

Listening to this book didn't surprise me, nor inspired me, nor touched me much at all. The characters' personalities are as predictable and flat as the story itself; all is as simple as it gets for this Arctic "adventure".
