The story got bogged down in the beginning, The last half was good, It held my interest, but the ending came much too quickly. The author had good material and a good story going.......and then it ended. Why?
Smart girl meets rich boss. Good voices for characters. He has just enough of a smart alack personality and she has just enough of a bravado take no shit personality to make the dialog flow well. An enjoyable light read.
Loved the narration by Andi Arndt. Laughed out loud several times during the story. Liked that all the pervious story lines played supporting roles. This could be read as a stand alone story, but knowing the back stories from the previous two books worked well too.
Really like the way Liam thinks......and it is explained how he thinks. Good kid being taught good values. All the novella's were too short in my opinion.....but we were told they were novellas going in. Would rather see books.....not novellas in the future.
Strong third book in the series. This one I enjoyed as much as the first one. It tied everything up nicely. Worth the time to listen.
Loved Book 8 of the Outlander series. Continued with the intertwined lives of all of the family and friends of Jamie and Claire. Diana's attention to historic detail and medicinal capabilities of the 1700's weave intricately into the continuing saga. Great read.
This story had potential, but it just feel flat. It had a good beginning, middle and end, but it just lacked something in the telling. There was plenty of romance and sex, but it just lacked the sizzle and excitement to make it a 4 or 5.
Loved this second book in the Red-Hot SEALS series. The fact that some of the characters have special "gifts" is one of the defining components of the stories. It winds a love interest in with a mystery involving men with special ops credentials to make for a very attention holding story. Anxiously awaiting the next one in the series.
Loved all 4 books! The characters you thought had no redeeming qualities in the prior books show you that you have to walk a mile in their shoes before passing judgement.
Will read anything else Tammara Webber writes.
Loved the special gift Zane and his family had of connecting with their mate. Well developed story line that held my attention all the way through. Have listened to this one more than once.
Love this whole series.....especially any stories where
Dragos and his bride and son are the main characters. Love the antics of dealing with the baby dragon and how they have to adjust, anticipate and cope with his special abilities.
