"Enjoyed"
Enjoyed this one as well. I've enjoyed every book I've listened to by Tracy Anne Warren.
This one had a familiar storyline as the Prince and the Pauper, somewhat. It was true love and it was so nice to see them be consistantly so throughout the book.
"Well Done"
I hope we see more of Alice Clayton. She writes with humor, kept me laughing the whole time. She's so descriptive that it's like you're right there seeing what's happening along with the narrator.
This is a love story. Simply that. The two main characters (the Her and Him) meet rather quickly in the book and it continues with their relationship, along with her three Ladies and his three Guys. Oh, and one very humanized male cat whose name is Clive. He's so special...Not.
It's a long listen for me, but it was so well done by the narrator, I didn't get bored. I listened to it straight through and thank God I work from home. LOL
It's worth your time and your credit if you enjoy love stories.
"Loved it!"
I enjoyed this book so much. It was such a pleasant romance. I enjoyed the movement of this book.
I loved each character and the narration.
It's well worth the credit.
"Captivating"
I enjoy thrillers once in a while and now I've found a great author in Barbara Taylor Sissel, when I'm in the mood to listen to one.
I enjoyed this book because its captivating and kept my interest throughout. It kept me interested enough to keep listening to find out the who, why, and when.
The narrations is distinct and it's always nice to find a good narrator and have often chosen books by following the narrator and not just the author of an audio book.
I look forward to listening to more of BTS's books.
"Romantic"
Words like, gentle, kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect come to mind as adjectives in describing the male lead in this book, Edward. I appreciated the maturity in which the characters were portrayed. Rose Gordon is a wonderful author.
I would definitely recommend this book. The narration is well done and each character has a clear and distinct voice.
Well done.
"The Best in the Series"
I love the way that this story line flowed, keeping my attention and interest, I listened to it without interruption, in one sitting. The characters are well defined although, there were times I thought Shadow was dumb and unconnected to Fey,
I would recommend this book, and the entire series in fact. All is well worth the credit.
I've enjoyed Savannah Richards' narration in a number of books and she never fails to do an excellent job in defining each character significantly.
"What an Ending"
Looks like we'll have to wait until June, when Ms. Jones next book, Being Me is released. I'm just hoping it'll pick up from the storage unit where it left off.
This books story line flows comfortably, easy to follow and keeps your interest. It's one of those who dunits that keeps you wanting to know more.
Well worth the credit.
"One to be enjoyed"
I enjoyed this book by Julie Garwood. Each character was distinct and the friendship between Judith and Francis was true and lasting. I truly enjoyed the fact that this story didn't play out the way so many authors are doing, and that's to have the quiet, I'm not gonna say how I really feel concept, where the reader (ME) wants to through the book across the room out of irritation of stupidity!! I hope authors are realizing that most of us are just not that stupid. After all, if you have something to say, don't spend pages worth of the book deciding why you shouldn't. Egads. Anyway, enough of my rambling. This book didn't have all that. A bit, but not too much. Over all it was a very good listen and I enjoyed the narration just fine. In fact the narrator does a wonderful job giving each character a distinct voice.
Worth the Credit!
"Never Boring!!"
I enjoy this author and hope Audible will be getting more of her books. The story line is well written and is never boring. The characters are well defined and have such interesting personalities. The narration is spot on, making the listening wonderful.
I've enjoyed this series and getting to know the characters in JP's books.
"Sad about this one"
I tried three times to get in to this book and I just couldn't. I found it slow, oh so slow and in my mind's eye couldn't picture the movement of this one. In fact, it made no sense to me.
I may be missing something here but; there it is.
"Excellent"
Why is it that some of the best audio books are but, one. One by an author who we never hear from again.
Anyway, this was a very interesting, different and gripping story. I enjoyed it a great deal.It kept my interest throughout.
It's not the typical romance novel, which was nice for a change.I'd love to hear more from this author!
