"Good, not great, but worth the time"
Good plot and story line.
The heroine. Most of the other characters were either not likable or corny
No
No
It was a bit too long, but the climax was worth waiting for.
"Superb History"
Have not read print version
Not sure there is one. Dick Winters was a superb soldier and human being.
Each character has his own identity and feeling about him.
To digest it takes time.
This book should be mandatory reading for all officers in the military. They would learn more about leadership than from any manual. I wish I could have read it when I was a Lieutenant.
"A Dark Story"
In the upper third.
The Chinese-Mexican state policeman. Learned some new history from him.
All of them
No.
The Bosch series are dark stories. They are not for the squeamish, but they are very well written and draw you in. This is the second in the series. I am working on the third now.
"Good story"
Pretty high in mysteries
Always Archie. He has several facets to him.
The ones in Wolfe's office
No
"Okay listen"
In several years perhaps. It's is a good listen, but not up to the original trilogy.
Always. One of my favorite authors.
N/A
No and no.
"True history"
Well spoken. Clear and concise story that followed the timline of Grant's battles.
Grant. There was a lot of insight into others, but the book was about Grant.
"Poor Reading"
New reader. Between his accent and trying to read so fast, I could not understand much of it.
Much better. Read slower and more distinctly.
As a story, yes. Difficult to listen to.
