John Flanagan did it again! The adventures of Will and Company never cease to draw me in. the fact that he uses countrys similiar to the ones that we know ourselves only gives life and credit to the writing. Though simply writen, it by no means takes away from the tale and in fact allows the listener to fall into the story that much simpler. you seem to be able to know Will and Allis, Horis and Halt and all the company as you go from adventure to adventure. Such a story will have you listening again and again.
Anne Hathaway has a great tallent with giving life to the characters through her voice. Each character has a unique voice and keeps you interested while allowing you to imediately recognize which character is currently speaking. Reminds me of the times i was read to sleep when i was young.
Though all her characters were performed well i would have to say the tin woodsman would be my favorite. Anne's voice creates this calm and colected, perpetualy undisturbed quality that worked very well throughout the story.
