Easy to listen to
not what I thought it would be
no extreme reaction. waiting for more indepth re: Cornelius Vanderbilt and his influence on family and society and never got it
how the author wove the historical times into the storyline. Very descriptive and easy to follow
when he finally is told how his father died
well worth the time. Can't wait for the second book to come out.
in the description letting the buyer know it is about Dracula
the narration jumps between characters, accents, eras and is very confusing
too many accents (not well done)
very disappointed in this book - sorry I wasted a credit on it
Well written, spoken and thoroughly entertaining. Among one of the best I have listened to so far
Mr. Langella's storytelling make the famous seem like they have been your friends forever. The people are real, with highs and lows like the listener. Also, the narrator includes his own "lows" among the stories, which adds to the realism of this book
