She is a housewife: young, healthy, blissfully happy. He is an actor: charismatic and ambitious. The spacious, sun-filled apartment on Manhattan's Upper West Side is their dream home, a dream that turns into an unspeakable nightmare. Enter the chilling world of Ira Levin, where terror is as near as your new neighbors and where evil wears the most innocent face of all.

If you could sum up Rosemary's Baby in three words, what would they be?

    Scary, scary, scary!

What did you like best about this story?

I liked this book the first time I read it when I was a lot younger than now. Now, when I listened to it, it was even better. I'm an avid reader from Audible, and this was right at the top of my listening list. Great story. It's at the top of my "can't put down" books.

    Which scene was your favorite?

    The "birthing" scene, just great.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Couldn't stop listening. A rare feeling for me. I have listened to many, many books and this book made me scared of sounds in my condo.

    Any additional comments?

Just a really good listen. But be prepared to listen more than you planned because it's REALLY, REALLY SCARY!

Four decades after it first shook the nation, then the world, William Peter Blatty's thrilling masterwork of faith and demonic possession returns in an even more powerful form. Raw and profane, shocking and blood-chilling, it remains a modern parable of good and evil and perhaps the most terrifying novel ever written.
