The first book in this enthralling new series by Angie Sage leads readers on a fantastic journey filled with quirky characters and magykal charms, potions, and spells. Magyk is an original story of lost and rediscovered identities, rich with humor and heart.

    Lindsey says: "Very enjoyable"
    "Cute!"
    Overall

A cute and sweet story. It is aimed at a younger crowd then some of the other "magic" books out there, but if you like children's books this is a good one. It's filled with little imaginative details that make the story. The narration is well done. The music between sections is rather annoying but might appeal to children. I recommend the book and I'll be downloading the second one in the series.

James Wesley Rawles, founder of survivalblog.com, shares with you everything you need to know to be ready for the worst. The book includes information on proper food storage and sanitation, gardening and livestock basics, investment strategies to protect your assets, medical advice, communication techniques, home security, and how to get "outta Dodge" when, in the parlance of the movement, "the shit hits the fan".

    Story

For every interesting bit of survivalist advice you have to listen to 15 minutes of raving nonsense. Didn't have the patience to finish it. Would have been better if it had been a lot more technical, but for that to have happened the author would have to be a lot more intelligent.

oh the games that the 1% get themselves up to... A bit melodramatic at times, but instructive and interesting. It would be nice if more evil people turned good and let us in on their secrets.
