What did you love best about White Queen?

The story was great as was the narration. It had me looking up names and characters.

Would you recommend White Queen to your friends? Why or why not?

Yes but i would warn them that there are times that the naration goes on and on and on. Not adding anytihng to the story

Have you listened to any of Susan Lyons’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    She is always excellent

If you could take any character from White Queen out to dinner, who would it be and why?

The young princes. to find out what really happened in the tower.

The one and only Mrs. Emily Pollifax is a part-time CIA operative and full-time garden-clubbing grandmother from New Jersey. In this adventure, she is off to the Sicilian countryside on a daring mission to rescue John Sebastian Farrell, a former CIA comrade, who was shot while trying to track down a document that allegedly bears the signature of Julius Caesar.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The story was nice... an easy Mrs. Polifax Mystery. The new character was a good addition

What didn’t you like about the narrator’s performance?

A Multicast was used. This is not my favorite style but OK in others I have listened too. In this one the volume changed with each character going between barely heard phone conversations to blaring dialog. It is so distracting I am not sure I can finish the book.
