    Overall

I enjoyed the movie so I thought the book would be interesting. I wish I had known in advance it was a jumble of perverted sex. It might be ok after the first several chapters but I don't intend to find out. I wish audible had a return policy.

I purchased this book because I wanted to have everyone feel unconditional love through me.

I never finished the book. It is a rambling work including yoga and other worthless content.

    I wish audible gave refunds.

On an entirely normal, beautiful fall day in Chester's Mill, Maine, the town is inexplicably and suddenly sealed off from the rest of the world by an invisible force field. Planes crash into it and fall from the sky in flaming wreckage, a gardener's hand is severed as "the dome" comes down on it, people running errands in the neighboring town are divided from their families, and cars explode on impact. No one can fathom what this barrier is, where it came from, and when - or if - it will go away.

"I gave up listening after so much perverted sex"
    Overall

Fondling murdered women; gang rape; I gave up listening in the second part. I may never know the ending but I won't have to listen to any more sexual perversion.

  • Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking

In his landmark best seller The Tipping Point, Malcolm Gladwell redefined how we understand the world around us. Now, in Blink, he revolutionizes the way we understand the world within. Blink is a book about how we think without thinking, about choices that seem to be made in an instant, in the blink of an eye, that actually aren't as simple as they seem. Why are some people brilliant decision makers, while others are consistently inept?

    "Interesting but useless"
    Overall

Interesting read (listen), full of factoids. But I learned nothing that would allow me to apply this to my own life. Self improvement was my goal.
