I am a big Tom Clancy fan but I am going to have to say that the storyline on this was not as good as his past novels. I found the severe view of politics in this story to be a distraction and could have done without. The politics either made you good or evil depending on which side of the isle you are on. Besides the politics there was your typical action scenes that we all have come to love form Clancy. I found Lou Diamond Phillips enjoyable to listen to and I would listen to more of his narration's.

This book has the feeling of a mash up of several different genres.
It has the action fight against terrorism aspect, it has a flair of comic
book super hero, and it includes the alien sci-fi angle. This book feels
as if it is trying to find the cross section of people that are into the action
books like the Jack Ryan series, or James Bond. But who are also into
comics, and space aliens. If you like these kinds of books on there
own then this might be an interesting read for you. It was different enough
to keep me interested. I thought the narrator did a good job at bringing the
characters to life, and was easy to listen to. This book may not make my
all time best list but it was worth a listen.

This is the second book in the Dead Eye series. I found this to be as enjoyable
as the first book. Mike takes the show on the road meeting more historical figures
and of course finding himself in more trouble along the way. Mike finds that
his abilities are expanding and with those expanding abilities comes tougher
opposition. This is one of those series I was reluctant to try at first but it has
great narration done by Jeffrey Kafer and Jim Bernheimer has me hooked. I
will defiantly be buying the third book whenever it comes out.

I found Dead Eye to be interesting and enjoyable. It reminds me of The Dresden Files
series by Jim Butcher mixed with a little of the Sandman Slim series by Richard Kadrey.
The main character is a man named Mike Ross who returns from the Iraq War to find that he has the ability to see and interact with ghosts, and skin walkers.Mike is what they call a Ferryman and he has the ability to send spirits on. This is the first book in this series and I will defiantly be checking out the next book.

This book had some interesting concepts. The magical ability’s come in the form of imaging this is where the Imager imagines an item in his mind and then it happens in the real world. This ability is not limited to items or just mere physical objects but can be applied to people. This is a world building book so it has a lot of detail about the world this book is taking place in, the people, how magic works, the different factions, and the relationships among people. This process was slow at parts, too much detail about mundane activity’s that had nothing to do with the progression of the story. Overall not bad, I would give this 3 ½ stars.

I recently watched some movie previews for Beautiful Creatures and figured I would give this book a go. First off this book is geared towards young adults and is a paranormal love story taking place in a southern small town with lots of Civil War era history thrown in. This book is a little different then some of your other young love stories, because it is told in the point of view of a 16 year old male. If you are a fan books like Twilight then this might be a book for you. This book follows the same sort of storyline (We want to be together, but we can't be together. And like all young love it is be all end all.)

I found this to be a satisfying ending point to a great series. Everything was wrapped up by the end but I would have liked to see the epilogue extended out a few years to see where they all ended up. I thought Brandon Sanderson did a great job bringing Robert Jordan's vision to life. I am glad that he elected to finish out this series so that we all could see this circle completed. Michael Kramer and Kate Reading delivered a performance that you have come to expect form them.

This has been a wonderful fantasy series. But like all good things it must come to an end. This was one of those series that drew you in and became more captivating the more you read. Micheal J. Sullivan did a great job. I will defiantly keep an eye out for more books by this author.

I was pleasantly surprised that this book (books 3 and 4) did not suffer from the sophomore curse. This was on par with the first novel and I enjoyed it every bit as much. There are loads of different characters but the main focus is still on the main characters Royce and Hadrian. I love these characters and I can't wait for the next book.

I really enjoyed this book it was actually two books in one. So my credit seemed to go twice as far. Hadrian and Royce were great they seemed to feed off each other and I am looking forward to seeing more of them. This was a light hearted fantasy novel filled will adventures. The narration was all you could hope for and will keep you captivated.

I found this book very enjoyable and was captivated throughout the whole book. I enjoyed it more then I thought I would. The narrator did a great job and was easy to listen to. I don't want to give anything away so all I am going to say is you will be glad you picked this one up.
