Discovery, acceptance, practice
From the first to last words in this book, Christ Jesus and His redemption is displayed in novel which sets out perfectly a real life scenario. I want to listen to books that are Bible studies in themselves always for sure sticking to good theology, which this one does.
At the end of the book, last chapter....Diane hitting home what Cole's heartache really was all about.
Diane's uncle sharing his former life story.
This book and I'm sure the series (I am going to start book 2) are a must listen.
Well probably not.
Could have but the twist that I was expecting never came and so I was disappointed in the plot. Too average I think.
Actually I think for the book being not as twisty and turny she did fine and I enjoyed her performance.
First read the next John Grisham from the library and see if I want to listen to another of his new novels.
No thank you
Looked at the Scriptures objectively instead of making up his own interpretation. Rightly Divide the Word of God.
I have the book format as well and it is a study our small group is doing and we aren't interested in finishing the current study for now.
I do not recommend this title. I believe Francis has his heart set toward Christ Jesus and salvation but some of his interpretations are not sound teaching and will hinder young believers in Christ who don't know how to study the Word of God.
Well written, well produced, well read
Jake - I'd want him to be my attorney
when Lucien began discovering who Leddie really was
This is a first rate book that I needed to listen to. I'm from the west, moved to Maryland where stuff like this happened, and still plagues this area and all the people. I needed reminded.
Yes, I've read the series and will listen to it again
He pronounces the many Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic words perfectly and just does an over all excellent job in the book.
Yes I think I didn't want it to end
I read the book years ago and didn't realize how much this book needs to be listened to!!!
The story comes to life when you can listen to and picture everything in your mind. It really showers you with the gospel, love, serving, wonderful book Praise the Lord for Francine's gift of putting the scriptures in this format.
Yes I would because it was a factual interesting documentary of that fateful night. I discovered answers to questions I have always had in this book. I'm glad the narrator had his soft steady voice, it really showed how everyone didn't believe the trouble they were actually facing.
I know now that the 1st and 2nd class male passengers thought more highly of themselves than they should have and didn't rescue the poorer women and children. Lots of lies and wrong doing were hidden in this tragedy and also many bad things that happened will never happen again without great judgment upon those who attempt to save themselves over being heroes and putting others first.
