I loved the narrators voices, I just didn't like the storyline - way to long of a book for this story. Was glad when it was over. Sorry.

I've listened to several books on tape - this one was excellent. The women that read the story are fantastic - the views from the different women's perspectives are portrayed well, and issues are addressed with humor and satisfaction. This will make a great movie. I recommend this book.

I love the narrators, and the story is excellent - it's just that I got depressed listening to the hopelessness of the woman's beliefs. It would get wordy and I felt as if the author was trying to take me down the same road so many times - the pointlessness of life. I'm not sure I will finish this one. It's not uplifting at all.

Narrator was excellent - I liked the plots and twists, though a couple might have been just a little over the top. It kept my interest, it has lots of humor and I will listen to it again later on. For some unknown reason, I kept having the feeling of deja vu. I feel like I've read this before or heard it or saw a movie much like it. I wonder if anyone else felt this? It was a very good listen.

Don't know how to describe the book - at times I felt like I was getting a glimpse of what it would be like to be "crazy", and other times I felt like I was reading a sci-fi book. It has sarcastic humor which I found funny. It does have swearing if that bothers you. If you like sci- fi then I'd recommend this book.

This book is different. I guess I was expecting something more along the lines of guidance on how to go about discovering what to do with the rest of my life! Instead, this is more of the author's musings on where she is in life, and then some of the things she tried.... which were strange. Like ending up in sex seminars and discovering the beauty of being massaged by other women. Like I said, it's different. Reader is good, the author writes well, it's just the topics that were "different". I'm curious to what others thought after listening to this.
