Op-Center chief Paul Hood was going to retire. But that's about as likely as a gun shooting flowers. A bunch of rogue U.N. peacekeepers, or "Keepers," has decided to cross over to the wrong side of the law. Armed with stolen U.N. weapons and ammo, they devise a shocking plan to gain the world's attention. London, 1940: Winston Churchill has just been sworn in, war rages across the Channel, and the threat of a Blitz looms larger by the day. But none of this deters Maggie Hope. She graduated at the top of her college class and possesses all the skills of the finest minds in British intelligence, but her gender qualifies her only to be the newest typist at No. 10 Downing Street. Her indefatigable spirit and gifts for codebreaking, though, rival those of even the highest men in government, and Maggie finds that working for the prime minister affords her a level of clearance she could never have imagined....

This book was a bunch or words and not true story line. Waste of time. Steve Berry's books are following the same formula. No good.

What could Steve Berry have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Get a plot, develop characters with real action.

Have you listened to any of Scott Brick’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
