Virtuoso narration of Grisham's best dialogue. The conversations carry the story. If ever a man earned the death sentence it is this man; the story shows how the sins of the father are visited on the generations. Yet, Grisham shows the value of confession, forgiveness and mercy.

While in Paris on business, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon receives an urgent late-night phone call. The elderly curator of the Louvre has been murdered inside the museum, a baffling cipher found near the body. As Langdon and gifted French cryptologist, Sophie Neveu, sort through the bizarre riddle, they are stunned to discover a trail of clues hidden in the works of Da Vinci, clues visible for all to see and yet ingeniously disguised by the painter.

Whew! Where does fact end and fiction begin? I am a history buff and I do not know. The details are important. Be careful when you start to listen because you will be compelled to finish. Several friends have felt the same.
