"Good Listen"
I enjoyed this story about a very clever little boy that can talk to cats. The narrator did a good job too.
"Spunky Heroine"
Molly Murphy has many difficulties to overcome, and she works her way through each problem. Molly is not a helpless female. I love the spunky character Rhys Bowen has created, and the narrator brings Molly to life with a lilting Irish accent. I have enjoyed Rhys Bowen's Royal Spyness series, and now I am looking forward to more adventures with Molly too.
"Good Overcomes Evil"
I liked the main character Tom who must learn to fight witches, ghosts, and other things that go bump in the night. He has integrity, and even when he is afraid he chooses to do the right thing to help others. The narrator did a good job of making each character come to life.
"Another Case Solved"
I thought this was the best book so far. The first 4 books got the main character through the 6th grade. I think my 6th grade students would likes this series.
"Quick Listen"
The books in this series are short, but they have good characters that learn to make good choices. I liked how the "Special Needs" students were presented.
"Great Values"
This was better than the first book in the series. The characters are realistic, and their struggles are real. I liked how the main character solved her problems.
"Gets Better"
This story started out slow, but it got better. I will recommend this to book to my middle school students. I think they will like it.
"Good Listen"
This is an exciting story. The narrators were great! I liked how the two main characters told the story from their point of view. I wish Audible had the the next book in the series.
"Could Be Better"
This is the third book in the series. I like the quirky characters and story line, but this book had increasing foul language. I hope the author reconsiders leaving the foul language out for her fourth book.
"Jacky Continues to Amaze!"
This is another exciting installment in the Jacky Faber saga. Great fun, and the narrator does a terrific job of bringing all of these characters to life. Mike fink is especially fun. Katherine Kellgren continues to delight with song and many different accents.
"Jacky Rises to the Top!"
There is lots of action in this book. Jacky goes from deep despair to triumph. The narrator does an amazing job with the many different accents, and she even sings. Katherine Kellgren is definitely one of my favorite narrators, and Jacky is one of my favorite characters.
