At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, raising exceptional children, becoming more productive, building revolutionary companies and social movements, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. This was a good book. It had a lot of great examples of how our habits are formed and how we can change them.

    Any additional comments?

This was a good book but if you listen to Clark radio show then you will already know most of his tips. I am a regular listener and knew most of this already but still learned a few things. It is worth a listen.
