Overall, it was a pleasant listen, Wil Wheaton still ranking amongst my favorite narrators for his ability to really make a battle /feel/ epic, a chase to /feel/ rushed and a reprieve to feel restful. Max and Peter foil each other wonderfully as the book progresses and Bo Peep does a great job at losing the whole "damsel in distress" mantle. My only complaint would be the ending. Not that it ended too soon, it just had an incredibly long build-up followed by a solution that left me with a feeling of "...that's it?". But, don't let that discourage you, it's a great audiobook for all ages, and I recommend it.
