"Great Book and a great series"
    Overall

This is a very enjoyable book and series. The characters have depth and the story will keep you coming back for more. The author is great with the technical details that so many others get wrong. I really enjoy the narrator of this series as well. I can not wait until the next installment in the series.

In an Istanbul hotel, a deep source warns a CIA agent that Iran intends to kill a CIA station chief. Quickly, John Wells is called in to investigate, but before he can get far, the tip comes true. Which means that the next warning the source gives will be taken very seriously indeed. And it’s a big one. We’ve put a package on a ship from Dubai to the United States. A radioactive one. A bomb? Not yet. It’s a test run.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    FINISH the STORY

If you’ve listened to books by Alex Berenson before, how does this one compare?

I have listen to all of them and this one must have been under publisher control. 2/3rds through the story the book ends.
If I have to wait a year as normal for his next book I am done with Alex.
Dont listen to the $ Alex listen to the readers. This is not what we pay for.

Which character – as performed by George Guidall – was your favorite?

    George is excellent as normal

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Counterfeit Agent?

Would not have just would have finished the fing story

    Any additional comments?

DONT buy until the next book is out!

The world's biggest supercollider is locked in an Arizona mountain. The Torus was built to unlock the secrets of the very moment of creation: the Big Bang itself. Will the Torus divulge the mysteries of the creation of the universe? Or will it, as some predict, suck the earth into a mini black hole? Or is the Torus a Satanic attempt, as a powerful televangelist decries, to challenge God Almighty on the very throne of heaven?

I would like to be able to say that this book was not believable but when nationally know TV evangelist say the earthquakes are due to God striking out people then this book gets a lot more believable.
It is still a little too far out but the narration is good and it is an entertaining book.
