I do not have the print version so I cannot compare.
The author did a lot of research and it shows. Also I liked that he spoke about well known rumors and told which ones had no fact behind them and put them to rest. I am glad I chose this as my first Monroe listen.
Yes, I like the way the author sticks to the facts while telling a story with in the conversation. I found it to be a refreshing new take on biography styles.
The letters about him in the asylum.
I loved Broken Angels because it trusts the audience to figure out what is happening without giving to much description of this new world. It is like Richard Morgan said, "Here are some basic essentials, now go ahead and have a look around this future I have created." The main character is a total bad a**. I enjoyed this ride.
The main character because he is an experienced soldier without prejudice of what race of woman he wants, confident, and sarcastic.
He is a talented voice performer who knows how and when to be suspensful or dramatic.
When they enter the martian ship. So erie.
I was at first embarrassed to listen to this book, but was quickly reassured with facts I had never known. I found myself seperating the facts from some extreme feminist opinions sprinkled here and there but maybe thats just me. Over all a truthful, beautiful, and real history of the vagina.
I would have kept it more historical and scientific as it is in the beginning, and omitted the author's extreme feminist views and opinions.
She brings to this book a health issue I was unaware of and a breakdown of nerves in the vagina and how they attach to the spine and several other facts and scientific findings I found very amazing.
I listened to it the entire way through.
Magical, sarcastic, sexy.
I love Macy Thompson and her charismatic sarcasm.
Mercy Thompson is my favorite character performed by Lorelei King.
Mercy Thompsons comments off to make me burst out in laughter.
There's so many wonderful things about this series. I cannot get enough of Mercy.
