When James Bond is asked to settle a dispute over "ungentlemanly behavior" at an exclusive gambling club, the affair is embarrassing in the extreme, for the accused is the unimpeachable Sir Hugo Drax: business tycoon, popular hero, patriot extraordinaire, and head of the multimillion-dollar Moonraker missile program on which Britain's future defense depends.

What made the experience of listening to Moonraker the most enjoyable?

The detail to which Fleming creates a world and the creative twists always make for an enjoyable read.

Would you recommend Moonraker to your friends? Why or why not?

Yes. Moonraker gives you a look at James Bond in England. A place MI6 does not operate.

    Which scene was your favorite?

There is a great chapter where 007 is on the beach and the cliff collapses...don't want to say more.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, I kinda like to spread out the Bond books for a slow burn.

    Any additional comments?

Simon Vance does a fantastic job bringing life to all the characters.

Could you survive on your own, in the wild, with everyone out to make sure you don't live to see the morning? In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

If you could sum up The Hunger Games in three words, what would they be?

    Fantasy made current.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Hunger Games?

When katniss is going to eat the berries.

What does Carolyn McCormick bring to the story that you wouldn???t experience if you just read the book?

Carolyn is a wonderfully talented reader that breaths life into these books.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

The girl who was on fire.

    Any additional comments?

This is a strong story but the reading leave and pros are a bit simplistic. But it is defiantly candy reading.
