I generally love his books but I am a happy ending person, or at least a fair ending. I had to stop reading this at times because I was so upset. I guess you could say that it certainly stirred up emotions. I felt depressed after reading this.
This is a light hearted fun little story. Without the sex I would say it was for a teen. A little too silly for me.
This is a fun and different type of romance story. I liked the ending because all the characters ended up with whom I thought they should.
Honor, death and love.
I liked the family business and the different interactions between family members and the running of the business.
When the true killer reveals why he/she did the killing. I don't want to give it away.
Be careful who you hurt, they may be crazy enough to really seek revenge.
This is one of her better books.
I liked the story line, it had a lot of twists and turns. The ending wasn't predictable which I liked.
I wasn't sure who were his allies and who were his enemies. Things kept changing and that kept my interest.
I loved this book. It has all the elements of a great romance novel. The female character is independent, even though she was forced to be, she is intelligent ,yet socially inept. She is a book smart but not smart in dealing with people. I also loved the patient, caring male. This is a great summer, feel good, read.
I really enjoyed this romantic tale that takes you back and forth through two distinct times.
I fell in love with Diane Gabaldon books and while this isn't as detailed in history as her books are this is a nice alternative. I would recommend it to everyone who likes to travel back in time.
David Rosenfelt never disappoints with his books about Tara and the rest of the gang. This is another good one. It is such an enjoyable, fun read. The narrator is excellent, the sarcasm is fun. Keep them coming.
This book was so bad I couldn't finish it. It dragged on and on. I couldn't find a one thing I liked about it. I am not a prude but really do you need to use the "F" word in every sentence? A real waste of a credit.
I was a teenager who lived in California during the 60s'. Prejudice in California was nothing like what it
was in the South. The author did a great job of bringing to light what is was to be a maid in the South in the 60s. It was hard to stop listening. It showed the good, bad and ugly of humans. It also showed what a few good people can do when they stand together for justice. It also showed what people who are "sheep" look like.
I loved this book. The male hero was too good to be true but I enjoyed it anyway. What a great story about how we should treat each other. I can't wait to read her next novel.
