Han Solo should be basking in his moment of glory. After all, the cocky smuggler and captain of the Millennium Falcon just played a key role in the daring raid that destroyed the Death Star and landed the first serious blow to the Empire in its war against the Rebel Alliance. But after losing the reward his heroics earned him, Han's got nothing to celebrate. Especially since he's deep in debt to the ruthless crime lord Jabba the Hutt. There's a bounty on Han's head - and if he can't cough up the credits, he'll surely pay with his hide. The only thing that can save him is a king's ransom. Or maybe a gangster's fortune?

Would you listen to Scoundrels: Star Wars again? Why?

I would indeed listen to Scoundrels again. It was amazingly written by Timothy Zahn and well voiced by Marc Thompson. The addition of music and sound effects really enhanced the listening experience.

What other book might you compare Scoundrels: Star Wars to and why?

I can't specifically think of any other books I'd compare this book to, but I would say it is one of Zahn's best Star Wars novels.

Which character – as performed by Marc Thompson – was your favorite?

It is a toss up between Han Solo and Lando Calrissian. He really capture both characters voices and mannerisms very well.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

    Ocean's 11 Meets Star Wars

    Any additional comments?

I can not recommend this book to Star Wars fans enough. Even fans of heists in general might enjoy this book.

Jane Yellowrock is the last of her kind-a skinwalker of Cherokee descent who can turn into any creature she desires and hunts vampires for a living. But now she's been hired by Katherine Fontaneau, one of the oldest vampires in New Orleans and the madam of Katie's Ladies, to hunt a powerful rogue vampire who's killing other vamps.

If you could sum up Skinwalker in three words, what would they be?

    Excellent Supernatural Thriller.

What other book might you compare Skinwalker to and why?

I would compare Skinwalker to the Dresden Files books or the Walker Papers.

What about Khristine Hvam’s performance did you like?

She really captured the spirit of Jane Yellowrock and the side characters.

Three decades have passed since Wraith Squadron carried out its last mission. Taking on the most dangerous and daring operations, the rogues and misfits of the elite X-Wing unit became legends of the Rebellion and the Second Galactic Civil War, before breaking up and going their separate ways. Now their singular skills are back in vital demand - for a tailor-made Wraith Squadron mission. A powerful general in the Galactic Alliance Army, once renowned for his valor, is suspected of participating in the infamous Lecersen Conspiracy, which nearly toppled the Alliance back into the merciless hands of the Empire.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys good Star Wars stories and spy stories.

What other book might you compare Star Wars: X-Wing: Mercy Kill to and why?

I'm not sure of what books I would compare this to, but I think a good comparison is the TV show Leverage. Wraith Squadron works along similar lines running cons to get revenge against corrupt individuals.

After being murdered by a mystery assailant, navigating his way through the realm between life and death, and being brought back to the mortal world, Harry realizes that maybe death wasn’t all that bad - because he is no longer Harry Dresden, Chicago’s only professional wizard. He is now Harry Dresden, Winter Knight to Mab, the Queen of Air and Darkness. After Harry had no choice but to swear his fealty, Mab wasn’t about to let something as petty as death steal away the prize she had sought for so long.
