I managed to get through the first 3 stories...finally gave up. Very shallow plots and boring to me. Maybe just not my kind of stories. There seemed to be no substance.
I really love the Vince Flynn Series of Mitch Rapp. All are great books! Full of Suspense!
I recommend this book to everyone, but especially those who are nonbelievers. I think Dr. Eben Alexander was chosen by God to go through this experience for two reasons: 1) because he was a nonbeliever and 2) because he is a neurosurgeon. Scientifically he was able to prove without a doubt that Heaven and God truly exist. I love this book and will most likely read it again and again!
I liked the book, but just okay. I've read some lately that are much more captivating.
I loved this book. This was my first Vince Flynn book and I loved it. My plan is to read all of his books (or listen). I am saddened by the news of his death and my prayers go out to his family and close friends. He was an excellent writer and they can all be very proud of the legacy he leaves behind.
This book held my attention, and that's very important to me. Like others have said...it's still up-to-date. We just continue to hold our breath.
This book could not stay on track enough to suite me. Much to much detail for me. I'm pretty much a "bottom-Line" person. The narration was good, however.
I can't really say why I bought this book, but I ended up VERY happy that I did. This book is extremely interesting. Of course, you need to be interested in the "behind the scene" things in life. I was there on the street when Kennedy was murdered, but never gave a second thought to the secret service. We just take these jobs for granted...I won't ever again. I feel badly because I never thought about how their lives were so deeply affected.
I have a German Shepherd myself and that might be why I was so interested, but it was done very well and I loved it. Robert Crais is an excellent writer. I didn't want to stop listening. I would recommend it highly....(just wish some of the language was cut).
The book was okay, but not something I would expect from Bill O'Reilly. I don't like the idea of using my Lord's name in vain....it isn't right....it isn't needed to make a point.
It was an okay book, but I guess I just don't have the interest in vampires that other do.
