Enjoyed this just so - so. Obviously I'm not a fan of historical romance. Just too dated for my taste. But the love story in it is pretty hot...
Plum at least is getting her bond jumper's better but the romance with her and Joe is at a stand still and that is disappointing. Bring back the romance - we need details. It's a long way off from "take off the dress".
Book 3 is best book I've read this year. I smiled, laughed, cried and 100% tell you it's a must listen. Bk 1 & 2 at times made me crazy but so glad I didn't quit listening. If you liked book 3 of FSOG, this IS so much better.
While I can't stop listening, this is very frustrating to continue this back and forth about how crazy Jessie is and how insecure the "lady" is. Then the continuing remark of Jessie about her "mouth" when he spills language with every statement.
I will finish to see where this goes and probably read the last book but I'm not sure I understand why all the great reviews.
This book wasn't one of my favorites. But worth the listen if you have enjoyed the series.
What's not to like when you combine two great series. I sure miss the Camel Club. I'd love to see another book in that series.
Narration was horrible. Even the sound quality wasn't good. But if you like Marie Force, you'll enjoy the story of Jack, Audi and family.
I kept thinking this was going to get better toward the end but it just never did. You could pass this one.
Great book... but did leave us hanging. The sequel isn't due out for months. I had read this book in late 2011 but with the release of an audio version, I jumped at getting it as well. I enjoyed it as much as the read version.
Lots of story to clear up in the sequel.
Too many characters with foreign names that were very hard to follow. Narration was just OK. Story was just too confusing. I see my review doesn't follow the rest but... I thought it had possibilities of being hot but just never got there to me.
