I just like the story in general. The movie is one of my favourites, and the book is even better (as it usually is)
Richard has a nice voice to listen to. He also differentiates the voices in a conversation without being over-the-top. You can tell when it's a discussion between two people, and when which person is speaking, but it's not over-played in any way.
I would, as long as they're patient. It's a fun listen, but with the word "said" in almost every sentence it's hard to listen to sometimes.
If the narration wasn't so choppy it wouldn't be so bad.
It's definitely in the top. Though it's short, everything about it was awesome.
The end was the best part.
This was well written and well read. I recommend it to everyone.
I would. Short and easy to listen to - but interesting enough to listen to more than once
I am going to get more Sherlock Holmes books for sure.
I'm pretty sure it was made into a movie...
It's not a bad book, and obviously lots of people already really like it. It just wasn't what I was expecting it to be.
Tim Curry's voice! He is an excellent narrator.
Definitely. It was short enough that it's easy to listen to at once, and again and again.
The narrators really made the story
I liked Aibileen. I enjoyed the way the narrator read her, and I liked her story.
Definitely. Your First Listen was definitely better than Your First Read. Also it was pretty funny.
I liked the way that Joey reminded me of my creepy stalker ex-boyfriend.
I had listened to Steve Martin's performances, but more on TV than on my phone. This was just as good as King Tut.
Definitely. And at 4mins in length it was easy to do!
I had listened to Carolyn on the first Hunger Games book and this one was no different. She did an excellent job and I want to listen to more books narrated by her.
Just as with the first book, I could have listened to this whole book at once if I could stay awake for that long. It was excellent and hard to put down.
Listen to this book! It was very well written, and easy to listen to. I can't wait to listen to the third one.
Carolyn McCormick has a voice that is easy to listen to, and does an excellent job distinguishing between character voices.
This was an awesome book to listen to. The narration and the storyline were both amazing, and I did not hesitate to download the other 2 books. I would recommend it to anyone.
